What you will do

• Lead the creative development and execution of all video content, translating briefs into scripts and storyboards.
• Manage the full production pipeline, including pre-production, shoots (operating camera and drone equipment), and post-production.
• Integrate AI-powered creative tools to enhance efficiency in editing, scripting, and visual ideation.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance Marketing, and Compliance teams to deliver platform-tailored assets for YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Analyze performance insights and iterate creative content based on user engagement metrics and KPIs.
• Mentor junior team members and manage external production partners and agencies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative video production within a marketing, agency, or media environment.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-platform digital-first campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Expertise in storytelling and deep knowledge of live-action production processes.
• Experience in vendor oversight, contract negotiations, and managing production teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Frame.io.
• Ability to travel regularly for shoots.
