Line Producer - Live Social Shopping: Own the end-to-end process of planning, producing, and executing live shopping events on TikTok and Meta with an accent on seamless delivery, high engagement, and on-target sales. Location: Onsite at Media and Commerce Centre in Chiswick Park, West London, UK. Monday to Friday shift pattern moving to 7-day fortnight in July.

What you will do

• Drive digital innovation by collaborating with talent and social teams to implement live streams resonating with Gen X audience and hirify.global brand.
• Assist with product decisions, live activations, briefing hosts, setting up studios, coordinating giveaways, and implementing price drops.
• Build the team by fostering inclusivity and high performance, coaching presenters and contributors for live formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing live content for TikTok or other social platforms, ideally in retail, entertainment, or media.
• Strong knowledge of live production.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Meta culture, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comfortable with data tools and performance metrics to adapt strategy.
• Creative vision, storytelling ability, and passion for innovation.
