What you will do

• Develop platform-first ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
• Create sharp, intentional paid social creative optimized for feed performance.
• Edit social-first video content in Adobe Premiere Pro with punchy pacing, subtitles, split screens, and reactive formats.
• Build insight-led decks, pitch ideas, and apply audience insights and social trends.
• Monitor competitors and culture to inform better work across multiple campaigns.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in AV creative role with strong understanding of paid social and platform-specific storytelling
• Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro demonstrated by body of work
• Good grasp of AV workflows and post-production processes
• Up-to-date knowledge of social platforms, trends, and formats
• Ability to turn briefs into multiple relevant creative routes
• Strong organization, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Genuine interest in entertainment content like drama, comedy, documentaries

Nice to have

• Experience in content entertainment-led environment
• Working understanding of After Effects
