What you will do

• Act as main point of contact for on-site technicians on technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level, software, and integration problems for customers.
• Support IPTV platforms, encoders, decoders, endpoints, and streaming workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales on opportunities, RFPs, and prospects; assist R&D with validation and enhancements.
• Participate in remote and on-site deployments, commissioning, tradeshows, and partner engagements.
• Maintain detailed case notes in ticketing/CRM systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience with IPTV equipment, network devices, and video streaming services.
• Experience configuring/troubleshooting broadband IP/multicast networks for high-quality video.
• Technical depth in IPTV middleware, video compression/streaming (MPEG-2/4, H.264), receivers, decoders, servers, set-top boxes.
• Networking: multicast, IGMP, VLANs, switching; Windows/Linux OS basics.
• Experience with ticketing/CRM systems and documentation.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related preferred; Cisco certifications preferred.
