What you will do
- Serve as the dedicated technical owner for a named book of MSP/SP accounts.
- Help partners design, package, and launch differentiated managed services using the Arista portfolio.
- Deliver tailored enablement programs across partner sales, marketing, operations, and NOC teams.
- Guide partners on operational integration, including REST APIs, log/metric export, and orchestration.
- Partner with MSP/SP sales teams to deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Lead solution design and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to align with partner and customer objectives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, specifically within Service Provider or MSP environments.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), WAN technologies, and SD-WAN.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design.
- Ability to build relationships across diverse technical and executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working with or supporting MSP/SP organizations.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting (Python, Ansible).
- Knowledge of Linux, hypervisors, and operational tools for logs and metrics.
- Understanding of Service Provider routing environments (MPLS VPN, Segment Routing).
- Network Industry Certification.
