TL;DR

Onboarding Specialist (SaaS): Guiding new salons through the setup, education, and adoption of the hirify.global platform with an accent on product adoption and customer success. Focus on designing tailored onboarding plans, delivering instructor-led training, and ensuring long-term customer value.

Location: Remote. Must be based in the USA (AZ, CT, FL, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, TX, UT) or Canada (ON, QC).

hirify.global powers 11,000 hair and beauty salons and medi-spas globally using its specialized software platform.

What you will do

  • Manage a monthly portfolio of approximately 20 onboarding salons from kickoff to go-live.
  • Design and deliver tailored onboarding plans including hirify.global Academy and instructor-led training.
  • Drive adoption of key features such as hirify.globalPay, Online Store, and Online Reputation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless customer transitions from purchase to launch.
  • Lead graduation conversations to demonstrate platform impact before handing over to the Grow team.
  • Forecast monthly pipelines and ensure accounts go live within agreed timelines.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as onboarding, customer success, or training.
  • Must be based in the specified regions of the USA or Canada.
  • Experience in the salon, beauty, or wellness industry or with scheduling software is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive communication style with high empathy and emotional intelligence.
