What you will do
- Onboard and train partners on Manager (restaurant booking tool)
- Drive daily tool adoption and streamline service management
- Guide partners through digital transformation and engagement
- Demonstrate value to generate interest in ERB upgrades
- Provide retraining and proactive refresh sessions
- Improve training techniques and share field feedback with Product Team
- Ensure excellent partner experience during onboarding
Requirements
- Native level French and fluent English
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Team player: passionate, open-minded, humorous
- Stamina and flexibility in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in training, onboarding, customer success, implementation, support, or sales
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Interest in tech, hospitality, partner enablement, product adoption
