What you will do

• Conduct impact assessments and design structured change initiatives for complex technology or security programmes.
• Deliver training and adoption programmes for operational teams.
• Create and embed operational playbooks within live service environments.
• Manage competing stakeholder priorities across business and technical teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Change Manager in multi-stakeholder technology or security programmes.
• Proven experience in impact assessments and designing change initiatives.
• Track record of delivering training and adoption programmes.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder priorities across technical and business units.
• Must be based in Portugal
