What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consulting, engineering, and support.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure predictable delivery.
• Lead customer meetings, status reviews, and key milestones to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or software implementation delivery.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects in a B2B environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong organizational and execution mindset.
• Experience working with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
• Understanding of software implementation environments and integrations.
