What you will do

• Develop and lead a world-class fabrication equipment team.
• Influence design-for-manufacturability decisions in partnership with development and sourcing teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and decision-maker for equipment-related issues.
• Establish quantifiable KPIs for equipment performance, yield, availability, and cost of ownership.
• Provide strategic guidance and direct management to core equipment engineers.
• Oversee the execution of scale-up and ramp of fabrication capacity and capability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FEOL semiconductor fabrication in equipment-focused roles.
• Deep expertise in FEOL modules such as Litho, Etch, Metals, Cleans, and related metrology.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams of engineers and maintenance technicians.
• BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.
• Location: Must be based in or work onsite in Plantation, FL

Nice to have

• Experience managing vendors, installation of new capacity, and spare parts BOMs.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Deep understanding of how hardware variables impact Wafer Yield or optical performance.
