What you will do

• Identify cost drivers, variances, and improvement opportunities using financial and operational data.
• Perform financial analysis to assess trade-offs across the value chain, including manufacturing, logistics, and pricing.
• Develop scenario-based analysis to evaluate cost, margin, and P&L impacts of proposed actions.
• Support Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and Long-Range Planning (LRP) through data gathering and analysis.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of Salesforce and related reporting capabilities.
• Prepare and review business cases, including financial modeling and risk assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5 or more years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Solid understanding of how operational and commercial activity impacts financial results.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Akron, OH.

Nice to have

• Exposure to enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, or financial planning tools.
• Prior experience in Treasury or regional finance roles.
• Experience supporting sales or supply chain-related financial analysis.
