What you will do

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to ensure products are made efficiently, sustainably, and to agreed standards.
• Collaborate with key team members to build and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Facilitate and drive organizational change through continuous improvement tools, techniques, and regular reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective countermeasures for non-conformance.
• Manage and update process-related information within the Quality Management System (QMS) for quick access.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of quality management systems.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across different teams.
• High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites.
• Must be based in or able to work full-time onsite at the UK Headquarters in Lenton.
