Semiconductor Maintenance Technician – CMP Rebuild/PM Machinist

Semiconductor Maintenance Technician (CMP): Performing tool recoveries, cleaning, rebuilding of heads, and consumable changes for CMP tools with an accent on troubleshooting electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems. Focus on scheduled maintenance, problem-solving, and ensuring safety, performance, and reliability requirements.

Location: Chandler, Arizona (onsite, M-F day shift, up to 12 hours standing, lifting up to 50 pounds)

What you will do

• Perform tool recoveries, cleaning, and rebuilding of heads on CMP tools like AMAT Mirra Mesa 200mm, AMAT Mirra 200mm, Ontrak DSS-200.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and consumable changes.
• Interface with internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability standards.
• Complete documentation and train others on tasks.
• Work independently focusing on quality, efficiency, First Time Right, and Duration goals.

Requirements

• AA, AS, AAS or progress in electronics, chemistry, mechanical, or industrial engineering; experience or military training may substitute.
• Solid understanding of 5S and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours, stoop, crawl in confined spaces, lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Self-driven, capable of independent work for extended periods.
