What you will do

• Install, upgrade, and relocate complex lithography equipment, including alignment and functional testing.
• Diagnose technical issues, perform repairs, and verify system performance against specifications.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain and optimize equipment to improve reliability and prevent recurring issues.
• Train customers on system operation and routine maintenance procedures.
• Document all work through detailed service reports and technical summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in a technical, manufacturing, or service environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 70% and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to spend more than 50% of the time inside a clean room working with electromechanical equipment.
• Strong analytical approach to troubleshooting and professional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to the semiconductor industry, vacuum systems, or plasma technology.
• Experience using standard computer applications for documentation, analysis, and reporting.
