Junior System Engineer (Engineering)

TL;DR

Junior System Engineer (Engineering): Delivering and commissioning power distribution control systems (PDCS) and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS) with an accent on PLC programming and network configuration. What you will do

• Deliver and commission PDCS and EPMS systems at customer sites.
• Prepare project documentation, including Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and network diagrams.
• Perform PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Configure power equipment for communication.
• Develop software code for automation and energy management data acquisition.
• Design Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) for EPMS and PDCS systems.

Requirements

• Degree or coursework in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
• Proficient understanding of electrical systems.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• 100% travel required, including extended periods at customer sites.
• US work authorization is mandatory (no sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of power distribution and control systems.
• Experience with PLC and SCADA development.
• Experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
• SQL database experience.
