What you will do

• Develop high-end graphic expressions that translate complex business strategies into compelling visual narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Evolve and scale the brand identity into a dynamic visual system across various static touchpoints.
• Act as a strategic conceptual partner to creative leads in copy, video, and motion design to ensure award-winning quality.
• Maintain and model an exceptionally high bar for design craft, typography, and layout across cross-functional projects.
• Present design concepts and strategic rationale to senior leadership.
• Track industry design trends to keep the company's visual language modern and innovative.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of design experience within a high-growth brand team or top-tier creative agency.
• Deep expertise in branding, layout, typography, and the creation of comprehensive design systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic design approaches.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Based in Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA.
