What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of designers, creating an environment for career growth and high-quality output.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns that strengthen the brand and engage target audiences.
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback from the initial brief through final execution.
  • Partner with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Communications to translate business objectives into creative solutions.
  • Elevate and maintain the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the visual identity across all channels.
  • Establish and refine creative processes and workflows to enable the team to scale its impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and managing creative teams with direct people management responsibilities.
  • Strong background in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication.
  • Experience as a conceptual Art Director with a portfolio demonstrating strong campaign thinking.
  • Ability to translate strategy, messaging, and business goals into engaging visual storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual systems, and brand identity.
  • Must be based in New York, NY, United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with consumer-facing brands or B2C marketing.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
