TL;DR

Focus on driving early value realization, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure long-term retention.

Location: Must be based in the Czech Republic (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own a global portfolio of SMB customers, serving as the main point of contact from onboarding through long-term success.
  • Drive onboarding processes to ensure customers reach their initial value quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor usage and customer health to identify risks early and implement churn prevention strategies.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introducing new capabilities like Agentic Analytics.
  • Maintain structured customer documentation and provide regular visibility into account health and risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to represent customer needs and manage renewals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar B2B SaaS roles.
  • Experience managing SMB or scaled customer portfolios.
  • Proven experience working with analytics or data platforms.
  • Must be based in the Czech Republic.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Clear and confident communication skills for diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
