What you will do

• Act as the senior finance business partner to the GM/VP of Ads and executive leadership.
• Lead long-range planning, annual operating planning, and quarterly forecasts for the Ads BU.
• Translate monetization strategy, product roadmaps, and go-to-market initiatives into financial impact models.
• Drive KPI reporting for key metrics including revenue, ARPDAU, impressions, CPMs, fill rate, and LTV/CAC.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Data Science to analyze performance drivers and optimize monetization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team supporting the advertising sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the advertising or digital media sector.
• Deep understanding of advertising metrics such as ad load, fill rates, user growth, and platform mix.
• Proven experience in developing strategic financial models and forecasts.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
