U.S. Geographic Zones & Compensation Ranges (TTC / OTE): Zone 1 (San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Boroughs): $181,800–$337,500 USD; Zone 2: $166,600–$309,300 USD; Zone 3: $151,500–$281,200 USD; Zone 4 (all other US): $131,800–$244,700 USD

What you will do
- Own end-to-end marketing and GTM strategy for assigned OEM partners focused on joint success and business outcomes.
- Develop integrated co-marketing plans aligned to partner priorities and initiatives.
- Plan and execute joint campaigns, content, digital programs, sales enablement, events, and promotions across the buyer journey.
- Translate technical capabilities into value propositions and create joint messaging, narratives, and enablement assets.
- Collaborate with Alliance Managers, Product Management, Sales, and Field Marketing to align and execute initiatives.
- Manage MDF budgets, define success metrics, track performance, and pivot programs based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, alliance/partner marketing, product management, or technical marketing in B2B software/high-tech (preference: software, cloud, SaaS, data protection, security)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related; MBA a plus.
- Familiarity with alliance models including technology partnerships and ecosystem GTM.
- Proven experience developing and executing co-marketing strategies with strategic partners.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into customer value; data-driven mindset with KPI definition.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, presentation skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives autonomously.
