What you will do

• Act as a technical escalation point for the Merchant Services team regarding technology and third-party processing issues.
• Collaborate with Dev and Product Support to resolve complex technical issues for merchants.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on hirify.global technology across internal teams.
• Support account configuration and operational tasks for the Integrations team.
• Participate in a 24/7 service rotation to support Merchant Services.
• Develop and maintain internal and external technical documentation.

Requirements

• English: C1 (Excellent written and verbal skills) required.
• Ability to develop simple solutions using Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries.
• Proficiency in making and debugging RESTful API calls.
• Experience in merchant operations, technical customer support, or Software QA.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Computing, Salesforce Service Cloud, and SQL.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil.

• Experience with mobile platforms.
• Background in cloud software development.
• Prior knowledge of payment services.
