What you will do

• Lead integration strategy across wallets, bridges, custody, and compliance partners by creating guides, templates, and tooling.
• Debug production integration issues in real-time and ensure permanent resolutions.
• Translate partner feedback and integration pain points into API improvements and clear product requirements.
• Build trackers and dashboards to monitor and drive the adoption of core features.
• Proactively identify new integration opportunities that unlock meaningful adoption.

Requirements

• Experience deploying production blockchain applications in wallets, stablecoin orchestration, bridges, or custody.
• Deep fluency in EVM, including smart contract systems, gas mechanics, RPC behavior, and token standards.
• Ability to prototype, debug, test, and verify technical fixes independently.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or NYC offices (Hybrid).
