What you will do

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle from verifying pricing accuracy to collections and reconciliation.
• Calculate reseller credits and monitor deviations from credit standards.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison for invoicing, billing, activations, terminations, and order inquiries.
• Perform month-end closing tasks to ensure timely invoicing across all assigned accounts.
• Recommend and implement improvements to invoicing and collection procedures.
• Support global strategic initiatives within the finance department.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance or collections role.
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be located in or able to work in a hybrid model in Krakow, Poland.

• Knowledge of Dynamics AX ERP.
• RMA experience.
