What you will do

• Own and maintain all accounting records within Xero.
• Manage AP/AR processes and execute payments via banks, cards, PSPs, and crypto.
• Perform bank and payment reconciliations while controlling cash balances.
• Handle revenue recognition, affiliate balances, accruals, and settlements.
• Lead the month-end close process to ensure data accuracy.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards in Tableau to improve reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands-on experience with Xero or similar accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with crypto payments is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• English: Intermediate+ (B1) required for documentation and communication.
