What you will do

• Lead the technical direction and execution of XeSS and AI-based graphics technologies for Client Graphics.
• Manage end-to-end development including model design, dataset curation, training, and product integration.
• Collaborate across research, software, hardware architecture, and validation teams to ship AI graphics products.
• Optimize performance, visual quality, and memory/latency constraints for real-time AI rendering.
• Guide the application of modern AI architectures (LLMs, Vision Transformers, Diffusion) to future graphics workloads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in CS, EE, or Applied Math.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML for real-time graphics (Super Resolution, Frame Generation, Denoising, Optical Flow).
• Proven experience driving AI technology from research phase to a shipped commercial product.
• Deep understanding of GPU architecture, memory, latency, and hardware-aware optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the USA (specifically Hillsboro, Oregon).

Nice to have

• Experience with XeSS or adjacent neural rendering technologies.
• Familiarity with Vision Transformers, Diffusion models, or LLMs.
• Experience with high-performance GPU compute, inference kernels, and production AI deployment.
• Knowledge of SDK, API, or cross-platform AI productization.
