What you will do

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to identify technical challenges and provide effective AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with sales operations and product teams to translate customer feedback into product enhancements and roadmap features.
• Conduct technical presentations, meetings, and workshops for stakeholders ranging from researchers to executives.
• Push the boundaries of AI performance on custom silicon, building and optimizing AI pipelines at scale.
• Implement fine-tuning for LLMs and optimization for vision models.

Requirements

• Must be based in Santa Clara, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 5+ years of relevant technical enterprise experience (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager).
• Proven expertise in AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, as well as NLP and Computer Vision.
• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA Architecture, or AI accelerators.
• Strong understanding of data center server architecture, deployment, and infrastructure management.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (subject to EAR compliance).
