Salary: $180,000 - $440,000 USD

What you will do

• Build search and retrieval algorithms that scale to millions of users.
• Develop and operate large-scale search engine infrastructure.
• Train state-of-the-art ML ranking models.
• Integrate Grok's reasoning capabilities into search systems and products.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust.
• Experience with vector databases, search indices, or similar data stores for search applications.
• Proven experience working on large-scale search systems.
• Deep experience building and operating production ML systems.
• Ability to take full ownership of problems and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Palo Alto, CA.
