What you will do

• Own the end-to-end monthly commission calculation process for approximately 80 sales reps across multiple compensation structures.
• Audit and QA all commission data by cross-referencing Salesforce, comp plans, SPIFs, and accelerators.
• Generate and distribute accurate, rep-friendly monthly commission statements using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Manage inbound questions and disputes from sales representatives within a 24-72 hour response window.
• Provide the Accounting team with monthly commission accrual estimates and actuals to support GAAP-compliant expense recognition.
• Partner with HR and Sales Leadership to generate and manage the distribution of individualized compensation plans for new hires.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience working with Salesforce data and complex compensation structures.
• Ability to maintain consistent availability windows during US business hours for real-time collaboration.
