What you will do

• Build and refine internal AI assistants and knowledge bases using tools like NotebookLM and prompt design.
• Optimize and maintain workflows in HubSpot and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Create and translate content to support client communications.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the team's internal website.
• Assist in reporting and pipeline tracking for performance monitoring.
• Suggest and implement improvements for existing business processes.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI concepts such as machine learning, data handling, and model evaluation.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is strongly appreciated.
