What you will do

• Support product discovery through qualitative and quantitative analysis, user research, and synthesis of insights.
• Collaborate on delivery activities within a cross-functional squad, ensuring alignment between engineering, design, and analytics.
• Assist in planning by structuring scope, tracking progress, and identifying risks or dependencies.
• Test new features to ensure delivered solutions meet all requirements and quality standards.
• Define and monitor success metrics for supported features to facilitate iterative learning.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in STEM disciplines.
• Analytical and structured thinking with the ability to reason clearly under incomplete information.
• Comfort working with data and motivation to use metrics to support decision-making.
• Execution mindset: reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Must be based in or able to work in Milan, Italy (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Early experience in product management or adjacent roles.
• Experience working with software teams in agile environments.
