TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: Must be based near San Jose, CA (working 2 days onsite at HQ)

Salary: $186,000 – $240,000 annual base salary

What you will do

  • Own and lead the end-to-end financial management of the Gaming Division's global P&L.
  • Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range 3-year strategic planning.
  • Provide actionable insights on revenue, gross margin, and market share to the Gaming GM and leadership.
  • Lead risk and opportunity (R&O) management to ensure predictable financial outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align plans with business strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based near San Jose, CA to support the hybrid work model.
  • 15+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in global consumer or technology businesses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% as needed.
