What you will do

• Analyze sales forecasts and customer orders to create production schedules and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure the availability and quality of raw materials and components.
• Oversee the execution of the production schedule and track progress to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of finished goods.
• Prepare performance reports on procurement and production, maintaining organized records of transactions and product information.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of project budgets in collaboration with the Finance Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of proven experience in production planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 f&o preferred).
• English and Dutch proficiency required as working languages.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
