Solution Architect (Hybrid Cloud)

TL;DR

Solution Architect (Hybrid Cloud): Designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions with an accent on networking and security services. Focus on OpenShift/Kubernetes distributions, technical sales support, and driving customer engagements from initial design to final evaluation.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Ontario, Canada)

Salary: $135k – $175k annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead technical decision-making for customers adopting OpenShift and Kubernetes distributions.
• Act as a trusted advisor for end customers and field sales teams to shape infrastructure solutions.
• Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions leveraging AWS, VMWare, and Azure.
• Present and execute proof of concepts for Redhat, IBM, and VMWare technologies.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to refine go-to-market strategies and product requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Engineering/Software pre-sales and technical delivery.
• Hands-on practical experience with VMWare, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in application development or Systems Engineering.
• Deep understanding of networking within Virtualization and Public/Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Relevant industry certifications.
