What you will do

• Support the Accounts Payable team in daily operations.
• Reconcile proof of deliveries with invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Process procurement and custom invoices.
• Request missing documentation and research financial discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to resolve invoice issues.

Requirements

• Current college student majoring in Finance or Accounting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
