Senior Accountant - Marketplace Partnerships (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Oversee accounts receivable, monitor aging, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Handle full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment runs.
• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis.
• Prepare schedules and documentation to support external audit requests.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong expertise in AR, AP, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency with NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Nice to have

• CPA or CPA-eligible.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or PE-backed environment.
• Experience with the Ramp expense platform.
