What you will do
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate complex business needs into functional specifications and process workflows.
- Support data cleansing, matching, and migration activities, specifically from Informatica to Veeva systems.
- Define interface specifications to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Validate business processes and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
- Act as a key liaison between cross-functional business teams and IT to resolve end-user issues and refine the backlog.
- Support SCRUM activities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage integration processes across linked initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Veeva VOD and Veeva Network in a pharmaceutical context.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, preferably from Informatica to Veeva systems.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to create functional specifications, process mappings, and UAT scripts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to London, UK.
