What you will do

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate complex business needs into functional specifications and process workflows.
• Support data cleansing, matching, and migration activities, specifically from Informatica to Veeva systems.
• Define interface specifications to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
• Validate business processes and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
• Act as a key liaison between cross-functional business teams and IT to resolve end-user issues and refine the backlog.
• Support SCRUM activities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage integration processes across linked initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Veeva VOD and Veeva Network in a pharmaceutical context.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, preferably from Informatica to Veeva systems.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to create functional specifications, process mappings, and UAT scripts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to London, UK.
