Location: Must be based in Austria (work-from-home options available; 30 days/year remote from any EU country)

Salary: €70,000 gross p.a.

What you will do

• Define APIs within the Customer Domain landscape.
• Support the Product Owner in creating epics and user stories and structuring the backlog.
• Perform requirements engineering and business analysis in an agile organization.
• Define acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Provide UX inputs to ensure high value and product usability.
• Coordinate and document user acceptance tests (UAT).

Requirements

• Technical background with experience in Data Management and API definitions.
• Several years of experience in Business Analysis and/or UX Design.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering methods.
• English: Fluent (C1) required for business purposes.
• Experience working in agile environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Customer Masterdata management processes in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in German.
