What you will do

• Design and deliver structured onboarding and capability programmes for pharmacy operations team members.
• Create engaging learning materials and e-learning content reflecting best practices and operational excellence.
• Conduct skills assessments and provide one-to-one coaching and group workshops to build team consistency.
• Translate process and performance requirements into practical training and support the rollout of new systems and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Managers and QA leads to ensure training aligns with compliance and governance standards.
• Champion a learning-focused culture and embed operational excellence frameworks to drive accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in training, L&D, or operational enablement within regulated environments like healthcare or logistics.
• Strong understanding of process design, SOPs, and performance management in fast-paced operations.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills to influence at all levels.
• Ability to analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and drive measurable improvement.
• Proficiency with digital tools, e-learning platforms, and G-Suite.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Winnersh, UK
