What you will do

• Supervise an operational team within the Procurement Department and lead assigned initiatives.
• Oversee workload forecast reporting and coordinate staffing needs to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Influence employment practices, including hiring, promotions, and professional development.
• Implement corporate strategic plans and enforce compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage department budgets, including training, travel, and exportability.
• Establish strategic relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and business partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• BA or BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Proficient in analytics, budget development, and project process management.
• Strong contract comprehension and technical writing skills.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen).
