Salary: $58,000 - $64,000

What you will do

• Develop CRM and digital communication strategies across web, email, mobile, social, and paid media.
• Conduct primary and third-party research to uncover insights for strategic plans and creative briefs.
• Translate complex strategies and data into visually compelling narratives to drive alignment.
• Create and brief internal creative teams to ensure high-quality output across digital channels.
• Devise scalable content strategies to engage diverse audiences and drive action.
• Perform comprehensive market, customer, and competitive analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in strategic planning within a brand or agency.
• Experience using AI tools for research, synthesis, and trend analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing channels and their integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strict attention to detail.
