What you will do
- Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of Marketing Channels for planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Define and document functional roadmaps, interdependencies, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Manage the operational rhythm, including KPI definition, tracking, and reporting in collaboration with analytics teams.
- Translate performance data into executive-ready narratives and insights regarding wins and opportunities.
- Lead cross-channel initiatives to ensure alignment and accountability across various marketing teams.
- Create high-level materials for monthly business reviews and leadership presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional strategic projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Must be based in the US.
