What you will do

• Assist in preparing media authorizations, insertion orders, and campaign data entry in internal systems.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and monitor campaign pacing and delivery.
• Compile weekly/monthly performance reports and post-buy analyses for clients.
• Track billing, budgets, and reconcile vendor invoices with finance.
• Communicate with vendors for confirmations, data, and issue resolution.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and participate in training on media systems and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Advertising, Marketing or related field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, numerical aptitude, and communication skills.
• Proximity to New York office for hybrid work (2 days/week onsite).
• Eagerness to learn media buying and planning.
