What you will do

• Perform end-to-end contract onboarding tasks including validation, data input into relevant systems, and archiving.
• Execute KYC/AML checks to ensure complete and correct documentation for all new applications.
• Coordinate with Risk and Sales teams to clarify onboarding cases and provide regular status updates.
• Manage terminal delivery and installation orders, including billing information setup.
• Analyze current service delivery methods and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Handle team functional mailbox administration to set priorities and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Warsaw, Poland.
• Knowledge of contract management and sales support processes.
• Ability to handle data entry with high precision and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and process-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Polish.
• Experience in risk management or quality assurance.
