What you will do

  • Process purchase orders via EDI, mail, or fax within 24 hours and manage changes or cancellations.
  • Coordinate customer requests including expedited orders, stock checks, and delivery updates.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and project support.
  • Manage RFQs, quote renewals, price book updates, and distribute product change notifications (PCNs).
  • Maintain accurate customer data and suggest improvements to order processing procedures.
  • Handle quality-related communications, returns, and credit/debit notes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Relevant experience in a customer service environment (at least two years preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of quality standards such as ISO/QS/TS (preferred).
