What you will do
- Act as IT User Services business partner delivering excellent customer service via active listening and communication.
- Handle first and second level support for incidents and requests across calls, emails, chats, walk-ups, and tickets with focus on first call resolution.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues on multiple operating systems.
- Assist in system upgrades, maintenance, adding/removing components like memory, hard drives, video cards, power supplies.
- Configure, provision, and support mobile devices and platforms.
- Develop understanding of standard issues and help create/maintain technical documentation and processes.
Requirements
- 1 year practical experience in IT Support/Tech Support/Customer Service or equivalent
- Experience with multiple operating systems and hardware platforms
- Experience in cross-functional and culturally sensitive environments
- Active Directory administration
- Knowledge in Password Reset Processing
- Advanced English (C1) and Intermediate Polish (B1-B2), written and verbal
- Aptitude for identifying, analyzing, resolving technical issues in desktops, mobiles, OS, software, hardware, peripherals
- Proven team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
