What you will do

• Drive and continuously improve the annual salary review process to ensure fairness and transparency.
• Develop and evolve job architecture and salary frameworks to support company scaling.
• Lead the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive across the organization.
• Manage and develop global benefits and incentive programs across various international markets.
• Collaborate with external benchmarking vendors, pension partners, and benefits providers.
• Analyze salary benchmarks and market data to provide actionable insights for managers and People Partners.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience within Compensation & Benefits.
• Proven experience with salary reviews, benchmarking, and pay equity.
• Practical knowledge of job architecture and job mapping.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data-driven decision making.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish.
• Right to work in the EU without limitations.
