TL;DR
Senior Rewards Manager (HR): Designing and evolving total rewards strategy and compensation frameworks for a leading second-hand fashion marketplace with an accent on market benchmarking and internal pay equity. Focus on building scalable salary bands, managing international mobility scenarios, and driving reward-related projects for new market entries.
Location: Hybrid (offices across Europe). 2 days in the office are recommended but not enforced.
Salary: €78,700 - €106,500 gross per year

What you will do
- Design and maintain compensation structures, including salary bands and job leveling frameworks, in partnership with Finance and People stakeholders.
- Lead market benchmarking efforts and analyze compensation trends to ensure external competitiveness and internal fairness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Reward topics for specific Business Units, advising on complex compensation cases and international mobility.
- Drive strategic rewards projects, such as new country launches, M&A integrations, and total rewards policy refreshes.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles within international tech or scale-up environments.
- Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, and pay equity.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis and present data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in working with job architecture frameworks and compensation tools.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday.
- Experience using compensation survey tools such as Radford or Mercer.
