Basic wage from 2,100 EUR (brutto, monthly) + performance bonus up to 10%

What you will do

  • Lead job description creation, evaluation, and classification aligned with internal policies.
  • Manage job documentation, databases, and organizational structure updates.
  • Conduct audits and propose improvements for organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead local and global organizational design projects and provide consulting to managers.
  • Analyze impacts of changes, prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Support compensation structures, benefits administration, and market expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in Organizational Design, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Generalist in international org.
  • Strong organizational design principles, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel advantage), Workday/Visio/HRIS preferred.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
