What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulatihirify.globals.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, pensihirify.global schemes, equity (ESS), and fringe benefits reporting.
• Integrate HR and Finance systems, specifically owning the data feed between Workday and external payroll vendors.
• Design and optimize payroll processes in alignment with internal SOX chirify.globaltrols to drive automatihirify.global.
• Establish payroll operatihirify.globals in new markets and chirify.globalduct regular compliance audits.
• Act as the primary point of chirify.globaltact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and business leaders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professihirify.globalal experience in payroll within France or Italy.
• Deep knowledge of legislative payroll best practices and regulatihirify.globals in France or Italy.
• hirify.globalg>Fluency in English and at least hirify.globale other local languagehirify.globalg>.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing external payroll providers.
