What you will do

• Develop reporting and status concepts for technical projects.
• Create and enhance detailed project plans based on management specifications.
• Monitor project budgets and identify deviations or critical situations.
• Prepare regular status reports and technical presentations for project management.
• Organize project-related meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Handle general administrative tasks to ensure a suitable working environment for the team.

Requirements

• Degree in automotive/mechanical engineering or state-certified technician with extensive professional experience.
• Professional experience in exhaust aftertreatment and portable emissions measurement systems (PEMS).
• Proficiency in German and business-level English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Klettwitz, Germany.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of EU regulations.
• Class A, B, and C driver’s licenses.
